Study on the effects of the Pfizer vaccine on pregnant individuals

A study in Israel showed that vaccinated pregnant individuals experienced significantly lower risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection along with lower hospitalization rates. 

Vaccine-related side effects were also low - only 68 out of 7000 participants reported mild symptoms such as headaches or weakness, all of which were resolved within 1 day. 

This was the first study that looked at the efficacy of COVID vaccines among pregnant women.
